Vascular services at Ysbyty Gwynedd

Sian Gwenllian and I have written to the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, calling them to re-consider plans to move vascular services from Ysbyty Gwynedd. Here is a copy of that letter below. We have also sent similar letters to Welsh Government and to the Chief Medical Officer Wales.
