Ynys Môn Assembly Member Rhun ap Iorwerth has said that it is no surprise that Anglesey is one of the happiest places to live in the UK, according to the ONS’s latest wellbeing survey.  The local AM commented:

“It is no surprise that Anglesey is one of the happiest places to live in the UK.  There is no better place to live and no better people to have as neighbours. 

“On top of that, we have a stunning natural environment, a unique heritage, and plenty of activities – from sea kayaking to coasteering, from golfing to go-carting.  And we also produce some of the best food and drink you can find.

“What is important is that we do everything we can to make sure we have plenty of jobs on the island so that our young people can stay on the island and make their homes here.”
